A native-born Philadelphian, Jeff is graduate of Northeast High School and obtained a BA from TEMPLE UNIVERSITY. He earned a Paralegal Certificate from the Center Plaza Institute, in Philadelphia, PA. During his nearly 40 years of experience as a Licensed Private Detective in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey, he has earned a reputation assisting both plaintiff and defense attorneys as well as hundreds of private clients. To offer a personal touch to an often complex and overwhelming process, Jeff helped to pioneer in-home sign ups for attorneys’ clients in Philadelphia back in the early 1980s.

Specializing in a number of different areas of Private Investigation which include but is not limited to: personal injury, Plaintiff and Defense investigations, written and recorded statements, advanced interviewing, accident investigations, photography, background checks, criminal and civil records, process of service, skip traces, PCRA matters, sex and foster care abuse matters, surveillance, and more.
